Tim Hartner was hired by me through a legal service that sent me to him. Dealing with this attorney has been an absolute nightmare. I was injured in an auto accident and this was the reason I originally sought out legal advice. This 'legal team' communicates very little information to the client, does not return calls, and is clearly in it to win it for himself. For example, the mediator suggested that State Farm shall pay only $5000.00. The legal team negotiated the medical bills down to almost nothing for the providers (pennies on the dollar). Their legal office had the nerve to suggest that with around $1300 in negotiated medical bills, they were entitled to over $$3600 in legal fees (I would end up with under $20)Now for the best part. They have a legal secretary or receptionist with a serious attitude problem who has given me problems every time I dealt with her. She lied and said I swore at her.They sent letter saying he will not represent if this continues,BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN |
