Worked for opposition. Unknowledgable about the NM divorce law. More interested in dragging out non-divorce related hearings/discovery. A loser. shows a constant intent to increase her bill without any intent to end the proceedings. I would highly recommend her to the opposition any time. Don't trust her with property exchanges. A bad example to the professional law community. Personally I was glad that opposition chose her but I would warn anyone about her ethics, attitude, and inability to conduct the requirements of any case. |

Will emotionally churn your case and bill you for time spent discussing things that will never be relevant in court. Totally bad at math and does not understand the child support statutes or how the simple formula calculates child support. Will engage in long talks with opposing that go nowhere but increase your bill. Will let opposing counsel push her around so that she might as well be working for your ex. Often gets facts wrong and if later asked to let you review things, will get offended. Her paralegal and other office staff are overly sensitive and will get offended as well, even though they make mistakes often (like giving confidential info to opposing). She will force a hearing and then not follow through and then cave to the other side. Absolutely don't use her if you are a victim of DV as she has no sympathy and will just tell you patronizingly "don't be a victim" even as you are being stalked or harassed. |
