Edward Peckinpaugh did not communicate with me in a timely manner. He did not file documents with the court in a timely manner. After almost two years of handling my cousin's estate, he still hadn't filed an inventory that I produced and signed over one year prior. He failed to follow through as promised and help me, the administratrix of the estate, inventory my cousin's safety deposit box. When my husband and I pressured him for answers and accused him of not doing his job he became outraged, threatening, and dismissed himself from the case. I am reporting him to the MS Bar Assoc. and I am posting this rating to prevent others from wasting their valuable time and money on this lawyer. |
