Mrs Shannahan needs to stay away from family law, she almost gave a 2 yr old baby to his father, who was about to go to jail, charged w 4 felonies...luckily he had a trial coming up the very next week & we were able to get a continuance. Melissa contacted the Father's public defender & spoke w the secretary & went on her word, instead of contacting the DA...and she had all of the police reports! She charged over 1000 to type these papers up, and then had to ammend them Melissa then suggested that custody be given to the parents of this car thieving felon, because the Mother tells lies & she was afraid, that she was going to be a bad influence on the baby! Our child is definitely a little immature, but she didn't deserve to lose her child, her & the baby were with us, now his father is in jail & he was taken from his Mother! OH she was sure to mention our home was modest & the other Gparents had lots of room! Sorry but it takes more than a big house to raise & love a child! Her focus $ |
