Mr. Sax got this dad 50-50 custody after my daughter's mother had obtained sole custody by requesting and receiving an EPO based on lies. Mr. Sax was very reasonable in billing me, was a great listener, helped me regain my sanity when I got emotional and developed and presented compelling arguments on my behalf. |

I contacted him to ask a few questions about the law regarding separation agreements and he talked me into coming in for a consultation, for which he "may or may not bill me for the time." He wasted an hour telling me things I already knew, filling out paperwork I didn't ask for, and looking things up on the internet because "he wasn't sure". I knew more about matrimonial property law than he did. Don't waste your time or money. |
