Wonderful representation. Jennifer truly understood the law in the area of divorce and custody and helped me navigate through the court system. |

Unfortuneately doesnt do what she says she will do. "Inflates" Invoices by charging 3-5 times for an email inquirey. Reads it 1 day, replies 1-3 days later to only part of the email, then i ask again the part of question unanswered then the process starts over. Never objects to opposing counsel's false claims, rather states "the judge is just letting her talk herself out so she has no chance for an appeal" all the while the opposing counsel makaes her case against me more believeable to teh judge. Stated numerous times she would speak to the judge about some 'injustice decision then return stating "you are fine- he's on our side" to discover later she either never spoke to the judge or discovered this was "ex parte" & is not permitted & discussions are of no worth. Mentor is grandfather aged husband all in the "good 'ol boy network" of Butler. Truly, out of her league as a professional. |
