I went into Mr Beard's office to file bankruptcy because of medical bills incurred after a car wreck. My insurance company denied my claim because they said the wreck was my fault. Mr Beard asked me several questions and found out that my insurance company should have paid all my bills. Instead of filing bankruptcy, he got all of my medical bills of over $165,000 paid and even put some cash in my pocket. Pretty smart guy and VERY professional in the process. Hard to find that in a lawyer nowadays. |
