Alex Barth of Cohen -seglias could not have done a worse job and is lucky that i have not gone after him for serious malpractice..He handed my signature to opposing counsel to do with what ever he wanted. This resulted in a mortgage on one of my properties that had nothing to do with the case he was working on. His firm Cohen - Seglias then sued ME,the client for the balance of $70k they had charged us to be in the same place,but worse,then before we hired them..We won by %100 vote in arbitration and it was suggested that cohen-seglias return monies paid to them already,for this matter... |
