Brenda did not keep any of the commitments she made to me. Missed many deadlines to respond to both myself and my exes lawyer and after charging me a fortune lost my case on every issue and marched out of the courtroom without so much as a thank you for your business or a goodbye. I think she is dishonest, rude and incompetent. |

I was struggling to getting some time sensitive papers drawn up and she was very accommodating and informative on my situation. She was very pleasant and open to help me. I even learned a few new legal terms. I recommend her to my peers and will continue to see her with any further advice. |

She is resilient and proceeds in a calm, steady manner when dealing with aggressive and abusive persons in pressure cooker situations. She is able to discern and respond effectively within the tension of unhealthy family dynamics. Going to a lawyer is often a very stressful experience, however my experience with Ms. Birklein was quite the opposite. She is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would highly recommend her. |

Brenda Birklien is the only reason that I like lawyers. The service she provided is above and beyond what I expected. She treated me with kindness and compassion and resolved my issue and made sure I was happy with the result. She is the best lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the ONLY lawyer I would deal with in the future. |

Ms. Birklein was recommended to me by my grandparents. She had assisted them with their estate matters and they were more than pleased with her services. The information provided to me was of a child custodial nature. Her knowledge and understanding was only exceeded by her compassion. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. |

Ms. Birklein was recommended to my husband and me when we needed a lawyer. We found her professional and very knowledgeable and she made it comfortable for us. Actually, I suspect her legal qualities are better than BAD, but had no chance to find out. She kept on cancelling appointments on me. |
