I filed a grievance against Paulmisano with the ARDC for unethical behavior and misconduct as acting GAL. I was able to identify over 7 out of 12 violations in the code of ethics. My suggestion, beware. Previous clientel, there is no statute of limitations to file a grievance with the ARDC against am attorney. Do the right thing. Don't allow him to wreck another life and get away with it. File a complaint with the ARDC. |

Mr. Palmisano is a great divorce attorney who faught very hard for me and helped me stay focused and what was really important to me and the well being of my child. He is very fare and will let you know what you should fight for and what is a was of time. He always returned phone calls and kept me informed of everything. As hard as divorce is and the emotion involved Mr. Palmisano was ther for me and helped me get the best settlement possible. I recomend him to anyone going through a bad and complicated divorece. He was there for my son and I. |

I hired Mr. Palmisano during very trying times, after my previous lawyer withdrew from my case. He quickly took charge, finished all the discovery that had not been done and as a result I received a very fair settlement. He was able to help me also reslove joint parenting issues with my spouse that I thought could never be resloved without a long draged out fight. His fees were also reasonable. |
