Mr. Boughman represented me for a Motor Vehicle violation in June 2012. He listened to all I had to say, looked over the ticket, and explained what we could do and what we couldn‘t do. I felt he was truthful, even if it wasn’t exactly what I wanted to hear, and the results were what he said they would be…no surprise endings. |

Very accessible, knowledgeable, and gets the point across in real person terms, not lawyer language. Will tell it to you straight and even let you know if you don't need a lawyer when you can do it yourself. A little pricey, but well worth it for the result and strongly defends your position. He lets you know when settling makes economic sense because going further will cost more, take longer and get the current result later. Will be very upfront, open and honest with you about your case so if you can't take it or want someone to tell you what you want to hear, this is not your guy. However, if you want someone who is realistic and will tell you what the reality of your case is, give him a call, more than likely he'll actually answer the phone or call you back. Thanks, RGS |
