I found Mr. Hennessey to be very condescending. I do not know if this is because I am a single woman but in any case, it is unacceptable. Mr. Hennessey also makes it a practice to yell at his clients in the course of normal conversation. He further has an air that communicates that you, his client, are an inconvenience to him. After spending hundreds of dollars in legal fees, Mr. Hennessey did not represent my interest at all. Without any communication to me, his client, Mr. Hennessey allowed the release of $10,000 in trust funds to a builder who is shoddy, and completely underhanded, to say the least (Peter Jorgesen - Monarch Homes)without the trust conditions any of the trust conditions even being met. I would advice anyone looking for a lawyer to avoid Mr. Hennessey. He clearly does not have the interests of his clients at heart. I would go as far as to say he has breached his contractual obligations to myself, his client. |

Mr. Hennessy is well worth the money. He has a great work ethic and is a very good family lawyer. He may seem a little cold to some, but he is smart and gets the job done. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Bottom line, great lawyer!! (I have also used him for real estate, he made the process quick and simple and it is reasonably priced!) |
