I first encountered Ed McHugh in the early 90's when I was a Pro-Se litigant and he was my adversary representing the Liquor Bureau of Enforcement. I found him to be uncommonly honest and straightforward.
When I and two of our female bartenders were charged criminally on May 8th of 2011 with serving liquor 15 minutes after closing hours. I contacted Ed McHugh. He stayed on top of the case producing an outcome which was totally satisfactory and cleared the record of the charges...... |
