Ms. Rotruck is a former prosecutor in NM. She is not phased by a case that is difficult.
She has already seen people that are unethical and she knows how to deal with it.
Her staff is excellent.
Ms. Rotruck listens well and is careful not to waste your funds. She protects you as much as
humanly possible under the law. She is honest and tenacious.
My divorce had been sloppily handled by 3 attorneys. She reviewed the case and showed me
where the divorce should have been over in the first 30 days had my attorney at the time been
paying attention to my case.
She was willing to step into a big mess and sort it out. She got me divorced.
After the experience with the first 3 attorneys... 2 recommended by the NM Bar Association,
I am eternally grateful to her for her willingness to take my case. I felt he Judge was impressed with
her ethics and professionalism. He was the same way. He ruled ethically. |
