Out of hundreds of NJ criminal lawyers to choose from, I honestly recommend Michael Grasso. Unfortunately not only once, but twice I needed his brutal confidence and winning drive in the courtroom. My most recent charges were 2nd DWI, hit and run, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, and obstructing police investigation. Two municipalities were determined to prove me guilty in this convoluted legal mess I was in. I think I got 11 tickets in one night. I left with a reckless and 3 mo license suspension because Mike got every other charge DISMISSED!! |

I was looking at 10 years in prision for intent to dist./possession of a CDS in motor vehicle. i sold to an undercover and they impounded my car and gave me 8 charges. this was serious case in jackson that I knew i could not get out of alone. My friend recommended Mr. Grasso. Not only was he extremely knowledgable and great at his job, his prices are reasonable and affordable. he got completely out of jail, 1 year probabtion, my car back, 6/8 charges DROPPED completely. Not sure how many lawyers can do this as easy as Mr. Grasso did, but if you are in deep trouble with the law, I would recommened Mr. Grasso and only Mr. Grasso. He is an overall great person to have around! |

I was recently represented by grasso in the municipal court of howell and cant tell you how much he took the weight off my shoulders. I was charged with everthing under the sun between possession, intent to distribute, resisting arrest the list goes on. Going into Grasso's office, he always gave me an answer that would have me leaving more than confident as if this incident never took place. I say he truly understands people who make mistakes no matter what the case is. In my case I was more of a victim to the howell police department. They raided my house and car for and only ended finding 2 bags of weed in my house and 1 in my car, thinking they were going to get a big time drug dealer. Showing up with the warrents Mike immediately points out what they did wrong, which is the main reason why I'm still driving today. The value for his work was well worth it, considering what the situation was, he met me half way. I highly recommend Micheal Grasso as your lawyer and representative |

Mike Grasso recently represented me at Colts Neck Municipal Court. I was charged with improper passing, but was able to avoid any points on my license, thanks to his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend his services to anyone. |

I was charged with a DWI and 3 other violations- Grasso's Expertise got me off with just a speeding ticket!!! Most DWI lawyers would not do nearly as much as Michael Grasso did for me. I mean, let's be realistic here, how many situations have you heard of where lawyer get somebody off on a DWI charge!? You haven't heard of any like that because it doesn't ever happen! Michael Grasso's expertise sincerely Trumped the prosecutor's arguments. If you want to lose your license, Go ahead and hire some local lawyer... if you want to keep your license hire Michael Grasso! Grasso does not just take your money and then show up to Court, he actually reviews every single piece of the case, looks for missteps in the investigating officers methods, holes in the prosecutor's arguments and exploits them. I am confident that had I not hired Michael Grasso I would have lost my license... because I hired him I still have my license! I will NEVER hire anyone else! Grasso is an expert and a WINNER! |

Grosso took my case from nothing and made it something! No lawyer would have been nearly as persistant and fought as hard as he. I would highly recommend anyone with any type of violation to him! |

Mike Grasso is a TRUUUTH in the court room! WHO NEEDS GEICO WHEN YOU GOT GRASSO?! He took me off a DWI to a reckless driving and a $300 fine. I recommend everyone to call Michael Grasso. BEAST! |

Mr Grasso is an absolute boss. He seems very knowledgeable about his practice. He is a great guy to speak to and be around. I was more then satisfied with the result of the case he represented me on. my charges were much less then i expected, and the fine was almost nothing. Back in January I was fighting a drug charge I thought I had no chance against. I called Mike and he put all my worries to rest. He frequently contacted me with any information on the case and to just check up on me. After all I ended getting my serious charge dismissed and only got probation for 6 months. I was pleasantly surprised with how personable and affordable Mike was. For anyone who needs someone to fight for them I recommend Mike! |

Mr.Grasso just helped me fight a case that was tossed out. From the first time we met he made me feel very comfortable about the case and what he was going to do in order to help me with the case. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. He was quick on getting back to me and answering all my questions and concerns. I had 2 tickets 1 for speeding and the other for reckless. I was looking at a loss of license for a year and 10 points, he had it reduce to 2 points and a loss of license for one week. I am truly grateful. I would recommend Michael A Grasso to anyone. Michael Grasso is an excellent attorney. He works very hard and knows what he is talking about. I used him for my Child Custody case and without him I don't know what situation I would be in. He is always willing to help you out, he gives excellent advice and will bend over backwards to win your case. I will be using his services for any other problems I may have in the future. |

Mike is an outstanding attorney whose knowledge of the law is unmatched by many of his peers. I've used his services for two, vastly different incidences. Micheal Grasso is an excellent lawyer. I was in a very bad situation with 2nd degree charges, facing up to 10 years in a state prison and Mr. Grasso did everything in his power, fought long and hard, to get me out of the prison time and the 2nd degree charges with 3 years of probation. I am so greatful for having him as my lawyer because he cared about me and my family and did not want to see anything bad happen to me and I could never thank him enough. I went to Michael with 2nd degree and 3rd degree felony charges. These obviously carried significant jail time. I ended up getting PTI with one years probation. I hadn't even dreamed of such a great outcome. I recommend Michael to anyone who has legal issues. |

mr.grasso was very professional. i was in court for dwi charge and there were about 10 other lawyers there and he was cut from a different mold than the others. i walked out of court feeling i could not have been represented any better than i was. he was awesome! |

My son was in a very serious situation and faced jail time. We had a lawyer that gave such bad advice that made my son's case and situation worse. Thank goodness Grasso gave us hope and said to leave it in his hands and he will fight for my son. He did just that! My son's charges were dismissed last summer. Grasso gave my son a second chance. Not only did he defend him legally but he spoke to him about changing his life and not getting into trouble anymore. I would recommend this lawyer. Another wonderful thing was that he was always reachable. If he didnt answer he would call back and always answered every question and never acted like we were bothering him. My 1st attorney never answered or called back, even when my son was arrested and going to jail! |

Michael Grasso is someone I would recommend to anyone who needs a professional well spoken lawyer to represent them in any legal circumstances. Grasso met my seemingly no win situation which was comprised of several motor vehicle charges (DWI) as well as some criminal charges with a cool and calm attitude. Grasso's professionalism and 10+ years of practicing law ultimately resulted in him having all charges dropped. For someone who makes a living with their license I could not have been happier.
