Hired Bob Reilley to represent me in divorce in June 2008. December 2010 I started becoming frustrated that no court date had been scheduled after two years so I logged into the Montgomery County Courthouse and learned that he had not transferred the case from the original county, Bucks, were it was filed in 2/6/2008 until February 2010 approxiametly one and a half years after I hired him. This is very neglegent and I had paid him $10K. I had to hire another attorney that so far has cost me $17K and advised me that all the alimony I have been paying for over 3 years could have been deducted from my taxes. Bob Reilley advised me I couldn't until divorce is final. Bob Reilley is incompetant to be a lawyer. Today I am still awaiting a court date. In the mean time I am considering and researching on reporting his actions to the PA Judicial Board.
