Randy worked against me more than for me throughout the entire divorce proceedings. If I didn't know better,I would say that he was working for my huband the whole time! I poured myself into preparations for my divorce trial while Randy was not at all prepared.He never had time to talk with me about my case and when I repeatedly wanted property appraisals to be done, he continued to drag his feet. Even my divorce decree expresses the judges disapproval that appraisals were submitted late, so my husband's appraisal was accepted instead of mine. (a difference of $200,000 !) I repeatedly expressed my desire to have a permanent Protective Order included in the divorce decree because I feared for my safety.My husband fought this Protective Order in court. My lawyer did not respond in any way! The result? No Protective Order was granted me by the courts. It's pretty bad when the judge includes his own complaints (and there were several!)of my lawyer's incompetence. |
