After requesting him to file a Parenting application for my children due to the neglect my ex wife was causing to the home and having the children live in (Animal feces, garbage, etc), I was told to wait till she moved out of the house & that after I moved back into the house and cleaned/repaired it into a suitable living condition, he would then file the application. He filed them, but failed to provide my reasons of why I would be the better parent, stating "I assume the Judge would see that the applying parent would be the better parent" He then showed up to our court date 2 mins before Court started, argued wrong information (forgot that I have 3 kids not 2!) and then when the judge ruled in the other sides favor, he just agreed to everything else the other side requested to the Judge, causing me to lose MORE of my access with my kids instead of arguing in my defense/favor. Now its been a month and I haven't had a return call from him regarding the Order or what to do now or next |

Maybe this is more of a reflection of Len's assistants, but they are not great to deal with, there is limited communication and it basically makes the whole experience in dealing with Len's office rather bad. |

Very upset about services. Hos office doesn't return phone calls, doesn't keeppromices, doesn't care about clients. Seems,care only about money. |

I am happy with the service I've received at Thom Law. Len is organized and knows what he can and cannot pursue. I have no problem recommending him to my friends. We won our case with costs. |

He knows nothing of laws that he should know of, and based pertinent decisions on them which clearly was NOT representing ME. I am not the only one that has complaints but clearly a 10 year divorce and after a kangeroo court, there has been 6 months of no contact shows his true colors of lack of moral, ethics, and true lack of representation. I shake my head at the legal system that 10 years for a divorce, a judge and 2 lawyers don't know the binding rules for subrogated arrears, and knowingly being forced to give it all away after Thom Had just promised me complete opposite.He spends more time out of the country than in, and though he might have 'earned' the income he has grown accustomed to, the way I have been treated it certainly wasn't not ethically! |

He sure talks that he has all the knowledge in the world, he thinks so highly of himself. Reality is that he does not communicate with you at all. His staff is unhelpfull and ignorant. He had one staff member that did all the work and got fed up and quit with his attitude. Leaving my case a complete mess with wasting thousands of my dollars at a dead end. If you want to hire a lawyer that is so full of himself with no results, this is your guy. P.S. Since I hired a new lawyer after no results a year and a half later, things are getting done! |
