I would recommend people stay clear of him! Cancels apt's with no notice. Drags cases on for years and then doesn't return calls. In 3 years, he was unable to get child support and not a single agreement with the other party. He was not concerned with my child's welfare and did not take steps to finalize the divorce. Almost 5 years later I'm looking for another lawyer as nothing has been settled. |

Amazing, aggressive and goes for the throat. His first priority is making sure you get waht you deserve. If you want to make sure yourself and your children are taken care of then hire this man. |

This lawyer (and his brother Len Pollock, also a lawyer) cost me millions of dollars. He left town on a 'family emergency' and left my file in his brother's care. Len Pollock either (1) never opened the file or (2) didn't know how to handle it. An important court date was missed, and in a divorce file worth millions of dollars, I wound up with nothing. Avoid these two no-gooders at all cost. |
