Prior to hiring Mr. Kassas from Kassas Law Firm I attempted to handle a legal dispute with CHASE, resuled in failure on three seprate occasions. I was told that because I was not late there wasnt anything they could do for me. I knew this was a bunch of BS. After receiving notification that CHASE isinvolved in a lawsuit aimed at these exact pratices. I made the call and the team from Kassas Law Group went to work, and they went in hard. It is unfortunate I had to consider sueing CHASE before they finally came to the table with a resolution to our request. Without the help of the Kassas Team I am not sure where our family might be in a few months. Thank you, Thank You, Thank You Kassas Law Group. |

I had been working with my lender for over 18 months because I did not want to pay anyone for help, but it finally got to the point were I was in foreclosure. I had no other options so I called the Law Offices of Anthony Kassas. After only 3 weeks they were able to settle with my lender and get me an affordable payment. Thank you Mr. Kassas. |

I will admit it took a little longer than I was originally told but it looks like 75 days or so into their ADR process we are going to reach a settlement on my mortgage loan with Chase. I just signed all the papers and they should be recorded and final by weeks end. They were able to get me out of my adjusting loan and into a 3% 40 year fixed loan which truly is going to save our home. I was skeptical at first but ended up going in and meeting face to face with my counselor and his manager. I was very surprised when I saw the place, it is no whole in the wall and everyone was very willing to help which seemed almost too good to be true but it looks like they have come through for my wife and I and I have also referred my brother and a few friends. From what I understand the negative posts have been written by angry terminated employees. Either way they were able to help me and I thank them. |

I contacted kassas law to help me save my home. I was pleased with how thorough they were and the fact that they took the time to really put my case together against my bank. I had tried for over a year to get my bank to work with me with no luck and Kassas Law immediately got the bank into negotiations with me in less than two weeks. Shortly after that, the bank agreed to work with me to lower my payment and make it worthwhile to stay in my house. I am very happy with the service, and happy that I get to stay in the home that I love. thanks to Kassas Law and the wonderful staff |
