Ms. Karla Kluzak was an amazing and affordable lawyer. She was is easy to work with,. She explained every step through the judicial system. I wowould recommend her to anybody looking for a down to eart lawyer to work with. |

I hired her 3 weeks before my trial. I week before trial she didn't ask me for anything at all, I offered her evidence my self. I paid her a retainer fee upfront and agreed for a total of $2500 with trial. One day before trial, she calls me up and tells me she needs $1000/per day of trial, we didn't even know if there was going to be a trial, she still wanted the money. She said she will resign if I dont pay her the money right away. Then she told me I am better off myself and that I will lose either way. She billed me for services not rendered. She also didn't resign when she was supposed to. She then billed me for staying on the case. I fired her. She is a liar, deceitful and only wants money and will not do the work. The only time she contacted me ever, was when she wanted money, that's as simple as that. Writing to the Bar Association after this. |
