This lawyer does not keep you up to date on the details of your court date unless you contact him yourself. I always had to phone him or e-mail him to find out the next court date, I've waited 2 months to hear back from him and he never updated me. He never asked me what evidence I had against the other party. He also never tells you if you have a strong case or not until the day of the court date. My case was not strong, and never advised me until the trial date.
