After my brother's conviction, the appeals attorney had 13 pages of ERRORS Alan Waples had in trial. He has been barred more than once for collecting money for prison inmate cases he never filed. He never prepares for trial and changed my appeal to a post-conviction (post-convictions have the least success in my state). He wears jeans and polos to court. Never takes collect calls or answers any letters sent to him. He was assigned to collect my good time served in jail and the halfway house in within a 30-day period. I attended the hearing since it was 13 days after my discharge! He is totally incompetent. He is only takes on court appointed cases since he has NO other clients. |
