A terrible judge. Way to severe and totally lacking in empathy. Gave my friend what she wanted but totally was against the Father who I knew was also a good parent and a good person. I believed both of them should share the children but this judge just took a dislike to the Dad at the beginning and then seemed hell bent to hurt him no matter what. It was awful to watch. Callous and uncaring she seemed to delight in showing power to do as she pleased. I had no idea judges could behave this way. |

Hates non custodial parents. She hates self represented individuals, and is one of the worst judges to sit on the bench. She does not read documents, does not uphold her own orders if it an self represented non custodial parent requests action. She is very biased. She should not be permitted to hear custody issues. |

Very severe and prejudicial C.Q.B. Justice. Makes sweeping presumptions when she hasn't looked at a shred of evidence. Forms highly weighted opinion very quickly and then won't look at any evidence that deviates from what she has decided in the beginning. Wastes time seeking evaluations when there is plenty of evidence to actually make a decision, but she just won't look at it. Considers herself an expert on
domestic violence but is not up to date on studies which speak to the false complaints that many women file to gain advantage in family law proceedings. Arrogant beyond belief she states she doesn't care about the Rules of judicial Conduct. Her conduct shows she also doesn't care for the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as well.
