From PA Mr. Bogush was my lawyer for a custody petition and was extremely helpful and communicative about everything going on. He was always ready when anything would change or make a seemingly wrong turn. I would refer anyone dealing with family law to Mr. Bogush or his associates. |

I live in NC and Mr. Bogush handled a speeding ticket on my behalf. He sent me a letter indicating he got the ticket reduced to 6 miles over the limit. Two years later, I receive a letter from my insurance co. stating they are raising my rate due to a speeding ticket in PA. My driving record did not indicate any reduction in the speed so my driving record indicated a charge of 15 miles over the limit. I have been trying to contact Mr. Bogush for over two months to get this resolved & he will not return my phone calls. I paid him to reduce my charges, he indicated that he did but I am not getting what I paid for as my driving record is not reflecting the reduction. This has brought my insurance fees up significantly. Apparently, he doesn't care. He got his money from me! |
