I hired Mr. Ginter to file a personal bankruptcy. He was recommended by a friend who used him and had really nice things to say. It was a hard decision to make but he comforted me and helped me through this difficult time. He was extremely nice and did a fantastic job. My case went perfectly. What put me at ease was that I could always speak to him personally. He really easy to talk to and I felt that he truly cared about my situation. Benjamin Gintr is an excellent attorney, communcates well and really expresses geniune concern for his client. He promptly returned phone calls, faxes, emails, and was there for me and my family during a very difficult time of my life during a recent financial downfall ultimately necessatating to a bankruptcy filing.
