She rarely returns calls. As conservator, she paid bills late and hurt my credit history. She rarely returned calls to the main lawyer. She doesn't talk with client about setting up court times; she does it while ingoring the client. Her knowledge is poor. She has threatened me several times if I report her to the bar. She has been a conservator/guardianship to me as MY choice (suggested by my primary lawyer) and she will not give up guardianship. She lied about the process and now it is being extended. This is a ruse and she is unjust. Her threats are frightening. She won't voluntarily give up guardianship even though it was voluntary to begin with as determined by my lawyer. When she calls, she talks about her personal skiing time and things that have no relevance. Most importantly, she ignores my time as a working person and doesn't give a crap about her client. She deserves to be investigated by the Bar. Do not hire this person |
