Lawyer presented himself as being Knowledgable and trustworthy. However after many attempts to communicate with lawyer about concern relatig to present debt and specific modifications on mortgage I felt unsure of Lawyer ability and lack of concern as me as a client it led to lack of trust regarding my case. I did most of my own leg work in finding out specifics regarding my mortgage and other debts. When attempting to set up appointment with lawyer to address issues he was always busy or unavailable leading to most communications with secretary and question left only partially addressed.
