After receiving my retainer I barely if ever heard from Ms Sturges again. Over the next 4 months she stopped returning phone calls and completed almost no work on my case. After multiple requests that she return my calls and begin proceedings I have ultimately given up and retained another lawyer and will have to pay another retainer fee.
