I won my case without even having tO go to court. Mr. Nicholson did it all with a memo submitted to the judge. I tell all my friends that if they want someone straight up then they should call this firm. |

I met John in his office in Springfield Ohio which is located two doors down from the Bankruptcy court. He was polite and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He told me that we had a strong case after a different lawyer told us that he wouldn't even take the case. Guess what, I won my SSDI claim due to fibro and a failed laminectomy. |
