Mr. Boyle did a terrible job for me causing me to loose a lot of money for a claim which was going on for 10 years! He spent a little time for me and charged me very expensive rate.He was very unprepared for mediation section not even looking at the brief that opposing side prepared! He was trying to disturb me in mediation section so that I agree to a lower number. He didn`t care about my case and instead was woryy about his percentage. I would never ever suggest him to anybody else. I had very painfull and unpleasant experience with him. He pushed me very much and put me under pressure to accept the offer which wasn`t reasonable. He dealed with my case in last moment and then pressuring me to provide him document in last minute. In mediation section instead of thinking about settlement offer he made a note and made me to sign it for his percentage. I personally have horrible experince with him, lost so much money as a result of his work. |

I endured an absolutely brutal experience at the hands of Timothy J Boyle of Spier Harben. I retained Boyle to represent me in a personal injury matter and after having him on my side I realized that he was worse than the person who caused me injury. I found every aspect of his representation to be lacking. He seemed to me to be lacking in knowledge, did not communicate with me on any regular basis, showed no tenacity and may not even know what that word means. The quality LOL well there was no quality to his work and his value to me as a lawyer ZERO. Lawyers seem to have a pretty bad reputation in general and this guy gives creedence to any notion that lawyers are ambulance chasing ****s. I can not and would not recommend anyone use this guy. If he is prepared to take your case on contingency remember that NOTHING IS FREE. Before retaining him check the Law Society of Alberta for complaints again him, I am sure you'll find something very revealing there. NOT GOOD NOT GOOD AT ALL. |
