Mine was a very, very expensive ordeal with a lawyer who overcharged me for consistently poor results. I finally tired of paying for his mistakes. As an aside, he took frequent vacations to Thailand, and would usually come back sick as a dog. Everyone had to work around his limited availability. My new lawyer is well respected by judges and other attorneys. His rate is fair and reasonable and he has done a great job undoing the damage created by Neustadt. |

Let me start off by telling all of you that this attorney was recommended to a family member of mine for purposes of divorce. Paul Neustadt has done nothing but over charge for his time and deliver no positive results as he both lacked knowledge and was constantly busy with his travels overseas as others have mentioned. His office staff proved to be just as incompetent and I can confirm that courts, attorneys and especially judges, think this guy is a total loser. Save yourself a bundle of money and aggravation and look for an attorney elsewhere. Hopefully you read this post before becoming a victim much like my sister did. |

Paul is the type of attorney I highly recommend to all friends. He was very zealous in my fight for custody of my daughter. I had an uphill battle from the beginning as a man fighting for custody of his daughter and he never gave up. His tenacity, knowledge, and concern for my situation resulted in a victory. Because of Attorney Paul Neustadt, I was awarded custody of my daughter and will be forever thankful. He's a great attorney, a great person, and a great friend. |

AFter reading all of the other poor reviews, there's little more to add. This guy is a crook and should be disbarred from practicing law. He takes advantage of clients and doesn't deliver anything but angst. |

Do not hire him. He represented me in my divorce and charged hours and hours and got little accomplished. I was very distraught at this time and should have investigated more thoroughly. My mistake cost me over $100k. Worse, he was unprepared for court and then made inaccurate statements on my behalf that were detrimental to my case. The first time he reassured me it would not affect the outcome. The second time I fired him. After 2 years with him, my new attorney settled my case in 7 months. Worst mistake of my life. |

Paul Neustadt is a crook and a thief and should be disbarred for undue influence against my elderly mother in law. She left the bulk of her estate over, 1.3 million, and her house to him and he even had her give 75K to one of his crooked buddies. She left her rusted out car to my husband. She left us a note saying she was afraid of what he would do if she didn't do what he told her. We made a complaint to the Mass Bar to investigate his actions. He also represented us in a real estate transaction and but failed to send us the closing statements showing our net proceeds. We kept asking for these papers for over a year and had to hire another lawyer to get them. We then learned he deducted $3000 for services but has never presented a bill to this day. He is a money hungry crook. |

WARNING!! If you want to spend a ton of money($375 per hour)with no results and continuous delays (due to his vacation schedule) and want the judge to hate you (he creeps people out) than this is the lawyer for you. Paul Neustadt deliberately delayed my case because he was under the impression that my mother would pay his bill. After telling him numerous times I could not pay for expensive Bus Evaluators (my ex owned his own business) he would just hang back and wait 3-4 weeks than ask again to for additional money for the Bus Evaluator. His best effort was a Business Evaluator from CA when I live in MA. He wanted me to pay for expenses and evaluation(35-40K).I went on Google and found someone in 1 hour. I fired him, within 3 months my new lawyer was able to workout a settlement. He purposely creates additional paperwork to increase his billable hours, when he was not able to claim any hours he charged for responding to emails and phone calls. |
