Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this lawyer. Unless you are a big ticket for him, he doesn't have the time of day for you. A simply divorce has taken 2 years so far and is not completed due to his poor work ethic |

Donot give your money or your time to this lawyer. He sent my papers to a wrong address not once but thrice. He wont respond either by email or phone. I checked with the authorities whether my papers where correct, they were not and were filed wrong. He didnot even go thorough my file before sending and when asked had no clue about my paper work as it was completed by his secretory. His secretary is more knowledgeable than him. He has no clue what he is doing and when pointed out his mistake he has the nerve to snap at you for his own deficiencies and ignorance. His bar license should be revoked. He is bringing nothing but shame to Walsh & Co. |

He sucks. Said I would get my child support back dated never did. Lost my divorce papers. Took 14 mths to get my divorce finalized and that's after I filed a compliant with the law socitey |

he has handled my divorce for 8 years..always reassuring me it wont be long. I only stuck with him because a new lawyer would make things go on longer and cost more. He has not over-charged me so that's a plus..I have gotten more action from his assistant who appears to be more on the ball than he is. I have had to call the ceo of the law firm several times to get Stern to do simple things..he rarely returns calls and I would not reccomend him to ANYBODY! Even my worst enemy would deserve better. He should not be allowed to practice..his clients are of no apparent value to him. |

I have had gary stern on many occasions and he has always did his job and more.He is a lawyer you would want to use and won't rip you off. |

Was my original lawyer in my divorce but fired him. Doesn't have the skills or persistance to handle more than a simple case. Another lawyer that does just enough to keep a job but not good enough to work for a real law firm. |

Did not have experience he said he had about an adoption case, he just left me hanging and didn't finish the job, I had to get someone else and it was not a complicated or contested adoption either. Does not return phone calls. His assistant is awesome very kind and considerate but she even sounds frustrated and even embarrassed of her boss. I would avoid him if I was you. He can handle a simple uncontested divorce, however, and his fee is reasonable. Anything more complicated I am not sure based on the other case he was handling if family law is his forte. |
