He never returned any of my calls or e-mail messages. He made the other party wait for extended periods of times without any response. My situation was worse after getting his service. I took more notes than him in an important meeting that lasted more than 2 hours. He wrote 6 words. That was an investigation done on my professional conduct and he was referred to me by Dial-a-law. After I switched to a different lawyer, I saw on the internet that he had just been found guilty of unprofessional conduct. Simply pityful! |

he has always been straight forward in any litigation he has done on my behalf. his fees were fair and his research and follow up were excellent. In discovery his communication skills and his tenacity and astuteness won the day. I highly reccomend Engleking for any civil litigation case. |

Excellent lawyer. Very competent and thorough. Took me through a long, drawn out securities legal battle all the way to Appeal. We were only partially successful but all aspects of his work was exceptional. I was particularly impressed with his work at the bar. I have had many lawyers over my 30 years in business. Most of them want to avoid trial at all costs because it takes a real special talent. There were four opposing lawyers on this case, one a big time corporate litigator, and he argued rings around all of them in court. His rates are not cheap but his billing is fair - that too is a real credit to him at a time when lawywers charge outrageous rates for substandard service combined with a real dearth of skill and knowledge. Highly recommend him but you may have to line up to hire him. |
