I used this lawyer in 2010 and was not pleased with this firm , poor communication i never saw the same attorney twice and the case dragged out for almost 2yrs with a settlement that actually cost me more than it was worth to file! |

1986. I resided in an apartment with my father and toddler daughter and was pregnant. My landlord had the property on the market. Rand Spear purchased the property. He informed me he was going to reside in the second fl unit. As closing approached he showed up with his real estate agent, unannounced and informed me he would need to reside in my unit. This upset me terribly and I broke down in tears at the prospect of now having to move. Mr. Spear told me that for me inconvenience, he would pay for my moving expenses. I was to contact him once I had found another apartment and he would make the moving arrangements and as I said, pay for these expenses. I made my arrangements. When I contacted Mr. Spear to discuss my arrangements, he flat out denied making any such promise to me. I tried to further discuss this with him and he just hung up on me and refused any further calls from me. This property is located on Conger Ave in Collingswood NJ. My name is Linda J. Wilkins. |
