I have worked in the legal profession for three decades, and worked directly for Mr. Hannan for three years in the 1980s. When I recently needed to seek legal advise, out of all the SF Bay Area attorneys I know, I turned to Timothy Hannan. As rare as it might be amongst attorneys, Mr. Hannan is honest, reliable and a man of integrity. He is fair, forthright, and a fighter when need be. He is generous with his knowledge, cares mightily about justice and works efficiently towards resolution. He also knows his lmitations and does not agree to take on cases or issues for which he is ill prepared. I trust him immensely and recommend him wholeheartedly. |

I have worked with Tim Hannan since 1984.
I can’t say I have met a more honest and forthright attorney. He is realistic about the law, the legal system and the price of litigation (time, money and personal). His advice has always included the balance of the benefits and costs.
I always recommend Tim to my clients who need realistic legal guidance. He is a breath of fresh air. Too bad he does not do family law.
Tim is a man of dignity and integrity. He works first and foremost for his client’s interest. |

Tim has represented me for over 20 years, through business setups and real estate transactions. Tim has always listened well, gives great advice, and knows the law. His fees are very fair. He is a gentleman and a scholar, and I regard him very highly. |

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Timothy Hannan on a long complex case. He ha taught me a lot about communication and clarity when discussing facts of the case. Timothy Hannan is the used car salesman of attorneys. He gives bad advice and strategy and charges way too much for it - and he is way behind on billing then wham... you get slammed with a big bill. Hannan wants to keep the suit going for as long as possible so he can make the a lot of money. He is a great lawyer for the other side. |

Tim is a great lawyer! And I can't say that about too many lawyers! He's been in business for years, he's old school, he puts the client first, not his own pocketbook. He's a rare jewel. I would recommend Tim to anyone who wants an attorney who is actually in their corner. |
