Darrell Kimbrell is hands down the best criminal lawyer in Georgia. Darrell knows everyone in the courts and has the pulse of the courthouse in his hands. He kept me updated as to what was going on with my case with phone calls and e-mail. I trusted my life and career to him and he made sure I got it back after some very poor choices by me. I was arrested in Fulton County for drug possession, fraudulent ID and forgery and a conviction would have cost me my job as I am in law enforcement. There are no words to express my gratitude towards Mr. Kimbrell. I was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding, and No License on Person. I am so happy I hired Mr. Kimbrell. The day I went to court the judge dismissed all the charges and I only had to pay 250.00 plus court fees. I am extremely happy with the results of my case. When I was arrested for first time DUI in Cobb County, I was overwhelmed with the thought of having to deal with the courts. Then I met with Darrell and was instantly put at ease. I never had to worry about anything at all and was kept constantly informed of the status of my case as it went through the legal system. Even as I moved out of the state of Georgia, I was confident leaving my case in Darrell's hands. He was great with communicating everything that was happening. My DUI charge was dropped and I couldn't have been happier with my decision to have Darrell represent and advise me. Darrell Kimbrell has to be one of the best criminal lawyers ever. His determination to help his clients is unbelieveable. He communicated with me on a regular basis and advised me of the charges and the penalties. When he went to work, the outcome was great as he was able to work with the DA, explain the situation and get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor with a very minimum fine. This was only due to his hard work ethic and knowledge of the court system. This could have turned out much differently. Thanks to Darrell Kimbrell it did not. I would recommend him to anyone in any situation. |

Considering the seriousness of my supposed traffic violation, "overtaking a stopped schoop bus", Mr. Kimbrell was able to get the charge reduced to a violation of a local municipal code. Still had to pay the full fine, BUT it kept the violation AND associated 6 points OFF my driving record. Did not meet him til day of court, and was IMMEDIATELY impressed by his quite, in my opinion, distinguished and professional appearance and demeanor. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a client consider his services FIRST, before checking any others... |

Most people have negative things to say about having a court appointed lawyers not me i was appointed to have Phillip Darrell Kimbrell as my lawyer because i did not have the money to afford an attorney of my choice however i must say i was blessed to have Phillip Darrell Kimbrell as my lawyer he kept me updated on all my court info and although hes a very busy man he still returned all my phone calls i must say i felt very comfortable with him as if he was my friend and very proud to have him represent me thanks to him i got my case dismmised i explained to him my situation and he took it from there thanks again Attorney Darrell Kimbrell |

I was recently traveling from Atlanta, GA to Anchorage, AK for a new job. When I arrived at the Canadian border in Montana, there was a misunderstanding with the Canadian Border Agency. I contacted Darrell Kimbrell in Atlanta and advised him of the situation. With Darrell's tenacity and promptness, he overnighted the correct paperwork that was being requested in Canada. Upon presenting the paperwork from Darrell I was quickly allowed entry into Canada.
Whether it has state or International implications and time is of the essence, Darrell Kimbrell can handle any challenge with professionalism beyond your expectations. |
