Have been working with John for around 7 yrs. Three different cases. We were up against a wall the first two times, manly my indecision's. This time the timing was right. John went to work for me and had the first step in court and our way in three days. The rest dragged on due to the court,but time did work in our favor. I am very happy with the outcome and hope we can stay out of court forever after. I know he and his office will be behind me if I ever need thier services again |

I would recommend Mr. Case to anyone. He was very knowledgeable. His advice was timely and he was up front about my options and did not waste my time. He walked me through my choices every step of the way. He kept a sense of humor, even during the most frustrating aspects of the divorce proceedings which in turn helped me to keep mine. He was professional, courteous but did not beat around the bush - he was straight forward and I was able to trust his judgment as well as his advice. |

John did a great job of balancing when to give adivse with my wishes. He was personable, knowledgable and helped me avoid some mistakes i would have made. He has high integrety and follows the clients lead while still making sure they are protected and represented. I highly recommend him |

Here's the lowdown on John Case: I came to John after a bad experience with another attorney. I had decided to represent myself. My ex's attorney had eaten me up alive, somehow got a judgement against me, giving her everything that there was after 22 years of marriage. I had been referred to Mr. Case months earlier by a friend, but had not called him. John listened carefully, and gave me my options. Within three weeks, the finished judgement had been redone. (and if it hadn't been redone, it would have been thrown out) Not only was it fair, it was much , much more than fair and I ended up not having to pay her anything cashwise. Bottomline: If you are looking for an attorney to hold your hand through the whole process, John is probably not your attorney. If you want to guarantee the best possible results for you, call John. He's seriously good, and you will know you are represented COMPLETELY. BOTTOM LINE: You want John Case in your corner. He plays hardball. |
