This lawyer took $5,000 of my money, providing assurance he would retain it, and provide a copy of his work on my behalf for my review, using private information I provided for the purpose of filing for a legal separation of assets. He then expressed interest in being informed as to my work in other legal matters. He still, however, neglected to provide me a copy of what he claimed he had understood and prepared to file on my behalf in Court, and read further of my private information for his own educational interest. Then he charged me an additional fees (1.6 hours) for his education thus gained from me, and providing nothing in return, kept $784.87 of my money, claiming he was incompetent to assist me. |
