Dealt with this lawyer and firm. Very poor service for money charged. Ended up fighting with lawyer, firm owner, and my Ex. Do not use this lawyer or this firm. You will be both sorry you did and poorer for it. |

Do NOT deal with this lawyer or the firm. First, I was given incorrect information to obtain my business and my retainer. For 1 year of child support (approx $4164 while adult son attending post secondary for 1 year), she went through the $2000 retainer and an additional $1096 in 3 months, and all that had happened was my ex was served. Now, there was a court date set, I was stuck in the system and she wanted an additional $2000 retainer to "do anything further". I fired her, dealt with my exes lawyer on my own and filed for my account to be taxed. Also, several attempts to get the detailed times/costs of my bill were ignored. Mr. Vogel got himself involved and both refused to negotiate or budge on the $3096 + $2000 retainer. They only want to get as much money out of you as possible and once they have your retainer, they will try to keep you in a vulnerable position to get additional retainers. |
