My personal injury case was passed between 3 different attorneys at the firm, ending with Mr. White. The firm constantly neglected to give me important information despite repeated verbal and written requests to be kept up to date. Mishandled paperwork (missed deadline) resulting in case being dismissed. Basically lost a personal injury case described by themselves as "slam dunk". Did not even have the decency to contact me after appealing the judge's decision to dismiss the case to let me know the outcome of the appeal. Finally I tried to contact them, only to never receive a call/email back. Maybe the firm is better in other matters of law, but would recommend avoiding them at all costs for personal injury or other similar cases. |
