Mr McCreary represented me in a dui case. I pled guilty to the charges and accepted the judges sentence. After the trial the sentence somehow changed, resulting in more jail time than than the judge sentenced me to. When he was informed of this, he did nothing. He gave my wife the phone number for the clerk's office. This did not help. I was wrongfully imprisoned almost 4 hours. He did nothing. |
