In dealing with Daniel Hoppe as my attorney the communication was horrible. The case his firm represented me in he was paid and I didn't receive any funds, how can that happen when I was the client? The final outcome stated that I get back pay from my employer. Dainel allowed a non family member to firer his firm from a case he was handling for me and my boyfriend. After 20 months later Dainel is representing a woman who stated in probate court that she was not legally marriage to his prior client, but was common law marriage when proof was submitted in probate court in the state of GA, that no marry licenses was found in circuit courts or vital records in two states and one city. He has relocated his partnership three time in less than two years. He don't return calls to cleints. I had to supoen him to court in order for him to attest to a document he drafted for us. |
