Martin represented my elderly aunt - he was patient and thorough and made sure that she understood the issues clearly - which isn't always easy with the elderly. He took the case on and aggressively dealt with the matter in a way that made us both feel he truly cared. I would recommend Martin if you want attention to detail and great results. |

Martin Pollock is the guy you want to go into war with if you want to win. Marty not only looks the part but is extremely knowledgable about the law. He is kind and caring but also has that competitive edge that made me feel confident and well taken care of. I would strongly recommend Mr. Pollock if you want the best! |

I called Martin Pollock as a result of an accident, not knowing whether I had a case. Mr. Pollock was very patient and accommodating during this initial conversation and during my subsequent visits to his office, I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He spoke in a manner which allowed me to fully understand all aspects of my case and was completely honest throughout all my dealings with him. As well he made me known to his staff as a client, whereby whenever I called his office or came in for an appointment, I felt as though I was his one and only client. Even though my case was not of major significance in terms of money, Mr. Pollock treated it as though it was a million dollar case. Without hesitation I would rate Mr. Pollock a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend him. |

I called Martin in September and described my situation to him and I could tell instantly he was passionate about my case. I knew this would not be a normal case for him, small potatoes in the scheme of things but I knew from what I had heard in the news that he and his father got the job done. And that is exactly what he did before, during and after we went to court. I would also like to say that any time I went to the office I never waited more than a few minutes before someone would look into the waiting room to see if I was looked after. It didn’t matter who greeted me, they were always genuine. I also liked that Martin made sure to introduce me to everyone that was working with him on my case. The whole time he made sure to let me know he had it under control, that I was feeling comfortable all the way through it, to the very end…which was, yes, a winning end. |

Amazing lawyer!!! After another lawyer dropped me the Pollocks took on my case and won! BIG!!! Martin, his father Harvey, and their wonderful staff did a brilliant job building my case and preparing me for trial even sacrificing many personal hours to do so. Because of them my daughter will be well cared for the rest of her life! I will never be able to thank them enough!!! |

Mr. Pollock is a horrible lawyer who has no time to talk to you or even take on your case if it is not worth alot of money! Mr. Pollock only chooses his cases based on the money that maybe awarded he does not take cases if they are worth little money e.g. $250,000. He is a cold fish with no human emotions. |

I had to fire Martin due to his legal sidekick Derek Olson. Martin wrote up a brilliant statement of claim and I eventually settled to my favour through another lawyer. Only had to switch because of Mr. Olson, if Martin had the time for my case I would have stayed as he is the most brilliant lawyer. |
