I had a similar experience one of the other people above had. She took my case knowing it was not her specialty and not telling me that until costs had risen to a ridiculous amount. I completely agree with the brash remark and I would even say she was rude to me on various occasions. If your need for an attorney falls under her specialty she might be a decent but expensive attorney. She loves to keep you up to date on what is going on for the simple fact she will bill for every email, phone call (even voice mails), and letters. Unfortunately she doesn't have the ability to tell people upfront what she specializes in, that comes later after you've spent thousands. Do not walk, Run away from this attorney! |

I have used Ms. Fink's legal services, and those of her associate attorneys, over the last four years. Ms. Fink is dedicated, hard working, and highly intelligent. She has never failed to keep me informed about the progress of my case and always keeps my goals in mind. I recommend her for anyone that is looking for a smart, honest, lawyer. |

No attorney with dignity, honor and a true conscience would take on a divorce case and charge a client with limited funds an astronomic on going fee when that is NOT her specialty. I had to borrow funds to pay her (which she knew) and gave very poor service. She was rude, brash and had no reasonable legal answers to my questions. She did that to me and I had to seek out another attorney who got the job done. I was saddened to have had such poor treatment at a very painful time in my life. |

I've used this Lawyer in my civil defense case and have gotten amazing results. She was so good, I recommended her to my friend for his real estate issues. Both cases had positive outcomes.By the way, she is not afraid of taking on judges. |
