Please do not use this lawyer and his staff to represent you in any tax matters for your own good. Timothy Burke appears to be a nice guy and that may be his downfall when dealing with tax issues. They all appear to be nice people, but may be in the wrong business to help you with your problems... His staff are fairly inexperienced and in over their heads. Only recently did they add another lawyer to reduce the case load. When you need to speak to Mr. Burke to get key questions answered, his staff screens his calls. They then make mistakes on you paper work. They will then blame you on their mistakes. On the plus side their rates are fairly low. On the negitive side, you get what you pay for... If you expect any mitigation with your tax problem think again. Please avoid these folks for tax related issues and hire a tax law firm with a proven record. They may be fine for boiler plate legal stuff, but not for hard problems. |
