On our particular case we could have made a deal presented by Geoff Heim.If we would have known Geoff was not going to have me testify,we would have taken the deal!Geoff let them go first and the three of them were well-rehearsed with the lies they told...They took alot of time trying to attack our character and Geoff just let it go on and on...not even correcting the lies for the record.He could have cleared those things with my husband in a few minutes when he was on the stand testifying.When it was my turn to testify,Geoff pulled the rug out from me because he stopped me when I was on my way to testify.He blocked me and told me I was not testifying and I said that I needed to clearify some details...Anyway this discussion went on in front of the opposing party.He told me to come outside like he was talking to a child.I did not figure him for a male-chauvinist,but I say to women WATCH OUT!He humiliated me and made me feel like I had nothing to contribute.I felt violated and powerless |

Late to court every time, and would not let you know of progress; painted very pessimistic picture, and proceeded without references to help with case. complained of being ill most of the time, to us and to judge. Capital "I" for incompetent. |
