Because of Mr. Strauss' hard work and dedication to our child custody case throughout the year long process that involved several court dates and mediations, we were awarded full custody of our son. In the state of GA, it can be very difficult for a judge to legitamtely remove a child from his/her primary home and into another without thorough investigation of the situation that the child is in. Mr. Strauss, who has strong family values, was able to present and defend our arguments and reasons very well. He gave the defending lawyer a very hardtime throughout the entire life of the case and consistantly told him how it was and how it was going to be. He convinced the judge to sign off on our request for full custody and for that, I will always speak highly of John Strauss. |

I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. He is a pompas jerk who cares more about intimidating you into using his legal services then he does your actual case. He wasted my time then expected me to pay for his useless advice which was the worst most useless advice I could have expected. I actually told him I had rather be a jew asking Adolf Hitler for advice than him. I got up and walked out of his office and I hope nevr have to cross paths with that terrible human being again. He was referred to me by a trusted friend who was horrified when I told her what a jerk he was to me. Don't waste your time or money on this attorney there are way to many other attorneys far better than this sorry man. |
