This lawyer represented my 3 children during our divorce. It was a bitter divorce, and in retrospect we frequently lost sight of what was in the best interests of our children. Ms. Linton, however, didn't lose sight of this, and the result you get from this lawyer is directly related to the correctness and completeness of the informatino you put in. This lawyer is regarded well by the Court and her fellow lawyers. Her representation of children is stellar. Bottom line: don't waste her time, and she won't waste yours. she will achieve the best possible outcome for you based on the evidence before the Court and the information you give her. Don't expect miracles, though, because ultimately when you put the decision making process in the hands of a stranger (like a judge) there's no telling what can happen. |

I saw this site after i had already engaged this lawyer. I thought the complaints were exaggerations, but the opposite is true. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER. She will sell you to the wolves to curry professional favor with her fellow lawyers. She doesn't know what she is talking about - says one thing - then says she didn't say it. She is an awful communicator. |

Arrogant and misleading in her statements you can expect to have her tell you one thing and then do another in court. Doesn't care about her clients well being at all but seems to pander to the justices and other lawyers to seek their approval. Stay away from this one. |

Does not listen to you. Poor at explaining the law to the layperson.Gives conflicting advice depending on the mood. Law office itself in disarray. |

I rated this way. She did not take into account any of the evidence i gave on my behalf. she really wasn't that knowledgable.I was expecting better results than what i got from the whopping price and thousands of dollars i had to pay over the course of 3 years and i am still in court. |
