My Name is Ajinder SINGH, Phone # is 647 285 8677, I am looking to sue her in civil law suite, she called every lawyer in Ontario wide to not to assist me as she fooled me and changed my jurisdiction from Mississauga to Edmonton by asking me to get a mail box and said in courts that I live in the mail box. Since 2007. Does not respect the laws of Canada. Here is word to every person from my experience - Canadian Laws are good but lawyers create a parallel laws and fool people. In the courts the Judge has to follow the law of the land. Canada should look into filing case for ' OBSTRUCTION Of Justice " for such lawyers that fool people by asking them to get address or any thing illegal that is a conflict of Interests. No use to take them to Law Society as the lawyers help each other. A jury based civil case if only way to bring such ( per my thinking - unethical ) lawyers like lydia Bubel to lime light of their abusive behaviours. In courts even the clerks do not allow you to file |
